We buy what is good right now and build the menu around it. The food belongs to each lounge and its guests. The season sets the direction.

Food and the work behind it

What we do

Behind a good break
is a whole kitchen.

The food is made in our own production kitchen and delivered airside every day. In the lounges, the team makes decisions close to the guest.

We develop the concept with our partner. The menu follows the season and the guests in each lounge.

Our own production kitchen and daily airside deliveries. Shared production keeps the daily operation together.

Familiar faces in the lounges. The team at the buffet makes decisions close to the food and the guest.

Different guests.

Four lounges.
One kitchen behind them.

A meal served at the table. A quick bite between flights. Or time to spend with the family. The menu and service follow the people who sit down.

Inside the lounges

Built together.

The concept takes shape with our partner. The same team follows the work from the first conversation through opening and into daily operations.

About our kitchen

Fourteen years of
food on the move.

We began with catering for private jets. Then airline catering, followed by lounges. Our first lounge contract is seven years old. It is still running.

Less waste.
The same care.

Smaller dishes, more frequent refills and portions based on actual guest numbers. Practical choices in the daily operation.
